Order Processing and Verification
Verification and order processing generally require one business day. To avoid any shipping delays, please ensure that the billing information you provide exactly matches the records of your credit card issuing bank. All orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and to protect our customers, MONACO SE reserves the right to cancel any orders with incorrect billing information, in which case you will not be charged.
Expedited Orders
Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to local government taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. MONACO SE is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply once the package reaches your country.
Returns and Refunds
You may return an item for exchange within 14 days of receipt and for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@monacose.com for details on how to proceed with your return.
We will issue a refund for the original amount paid for the merchandise returned, excluding shipping and handling fees unless we have made an error with your order. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to inspection and approval. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Certain products (above $250) may be subject to a 7-10% restocking fee due to inventory limitations. Once the stated period has passed, MONACO SE is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen claims.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Perishable goods.
- Earrings and other items that come into direct contact with the skin for hygiene reasons, whether the protective film is removed or intact.
All earrings and some jewelry items (leather, ropes, etc.) have delicate, high-quality hardware protected by a clear film. Once this film is removed, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Specific sizes are provided to avoid sizing issues.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed up to 14 days after purchase and are subject to availability. Due to inventory turnover, requested items for exchange may be sold out by the time your order is processed. Outbound shipping charges will not be applied to your exchange order; customers are responsible for inbound shipping fees only. This policy applies to standard ground shipping or other discounted express shippings.
Promotions
Multiple promotional codes may be active at the same time, but customers may not combine more than one code per purchase. Retrospective adjustments on promotions will only be issued if the promotion occurred within 24 hours of the purchased item.
Shipment Tracking and Responsibility
A tracking number is generated for each purchase within the United States. If the tracking number indicates that the item is lost, we will refund the purchase. However, if the tracking number indicates that the shipment has been delivered and the buyer has not received the item, it is the buyer’s responsibility to report the missing shipment to the courier for investigation. MONACO SE is not responsible for the loss of items once they have been marked as delivered by the courier and signed by the receiver, but we can assist by opening an investigation with the courier.

Due to the unique and limited availability of certain items, returns and exchanges are strictly not permitted for those products, as clearly stated on the product pages. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
